Job Summary of the Maintenance Manager position
Integr8staff seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance activities including but not limited to ensuring all machinery, equipment, system operates properly, safely and meets company policies, government compliance and safety regulations.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager position
Oversee the maintenance department, including the hiring, training, and supervision of maintenance staff.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all equipment, machinery, and systems ensuring compliance and safety regulations.
Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance activities with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budgetary limits.
Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Ensure that all maintenance records are accurate and up to date.
Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance activities.
Requirements of the Maintenance Manager position
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with preventative maintenance programs and scheduling repairs.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and company policies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and work in a noisy environment
