Job Summary for the Legal Financial Services Specialist position
Integr8staff seeks an ambitious Legal Financial Services Specialist to be responsible for a variety of tasks supporting the financial operation of the California Region offices. Responsibilities for the Legal Financial Services Specialist position
Performing all processes associated with typical accounts payable/receivable function
Performing tasks related to month, quarter and year end reconciliations and account analysis
Assisting with annual audit schedules for external auditors
Reviewing, verifying and inputting cost allocations to client accounts
Reviewing, coding and scanning the daily cash receipts
Managing expense report system
Responding to written and telephone inquiries from lawyers and staff regarding financial issues
Performing special projects as requested.
Requirements for the Legal Financial Services Specialist position
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a law firm financial services department
Thorough knowledge of Windows and Microsoft products.
Advanced Excel skills preferred.
Aderant experience preferred
