Job Summary of the IP Litigation Paralegal position
Integr8staff seeks an skilled Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal in Houston, TX for a globally recognized as One of the Best Firms to Work For.

Responsibilities of the IP Litigation Paralegal position

Support patent litigation attorneys on cases from initial filing through trial and appeal.
Manage large patent cases, experience with claim construction phase.
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery
Manage litigation calendars and court deadlines
Provide oversight of cases before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, patent cases filed in the U.S. District Courts in California, Texas, Delaware, Massachusetts, and other jurisdictions.
In support of attorneys, leads appeals cases before the Federal Circuit.
Own case appeals before the U.S. International Trade Commission, for Section 337 Investigations.
Prepare trial binders and exhibit lists
Assist attorneys with case strategy and trial prep
Multitask, manage, and prioritize work where accuracy and high-quality work product is required.

Requirements of the IP Litigation Paralegal position
High school diploma or equivalent is required, plus substantial and relevant work experience.

A bachelor's degree or some college is preferred.
4+ years of IP Litigation Paralegal experience working in a law firm.
An ABA-approved paralegal certification is required.
Extensive patent litigation experience managing large patent cases, experience with claim construction phase
Experience with cases before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board
Experience with patent cases filed in the U.S. District Courts in California, Texas, Delaware, Massachusetts, and other jurisdictions.
Knowledge of appeal cases before the Federal Circuit
Experience with cases before the U.S. International Trade Commission, for Section 337 Investigations.
Must have proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Zoom, and Teams. 
Skilled with filing in P-TACTS, ECF Filing, USPTO Patent Center, and EDIS Filing
