Job Summary of the Commercial Real Estate Paralegal position
Integr8staff seeks a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is ideal for a candidate with prior law firm experience supporting attorneys in complex commercial real estate matters. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about handling a wide range of transactions, including the development, acquisition, sale, leasing, and financing of commercial properties, and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.



Responsibilities of the Commercial Real Estate Paralegal position
Work closely with attorneys and a collaborative team to manage all phases of commercial real estate transactions and leasing matters.

Reviewing and abstracting purchase agreements and ground leases.
Preparing critical dates memoranda and closing checklists
Analyzing title commitments, surveys, and underlying title documents
Drafting title summaries and objection letters.
Coordinating closings and managing post-closing matters, including recordings and title policy issuance.
Drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial leases, amendments, and related documents while coordinating with clients and title companies to ensure timely execution and resolution of issues.

Requirements of the Commercial Real Estate Paralegal position
3 + years of experience supporting commercial real estate transactions in a law firm setting

An ABA-approved paralegal certification is required.
Must have proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Zoom, and Teams. 
Proven experience with title and survey review, real estate closings, and commercial real estate leasing.
Must be comfortable managing multiple transactions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
Strong technical proficiency and document management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining accuracy and organization
High school diploma or equivalent is required, plus substantial and relevant work experience.
A bachelor's degree or some college is preferred.
