Job Summary of the Bilingual Mandarin Accounts Payable Specialist position
Integr8staff seeks a motivated and skilled Mandarin speaking Accounts Payable Specialist to join a well-established organization. The ideal candidate will have constant communication with factories and vendors in China related to accounting matters.

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Mandarin Accounts Payable Specialist position
Completing payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial data.
Comparing system reports to balances and verifying entries.
Charging expenses to accounts and cost centers.
Verifying vendor accounts, paying vendors, and resolving purchase (work)orders, invoices, or payment discrepancies.
Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner.
Comparing purchase(work) orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.
Issuing stop payments and reissue payment accordingly.
Reconciling account transactions with the general ledger.
Performing recordkeeping and assisting in financial reports preparation.
Keeping informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting.
Generating financial reports detailing accounts payable status on MS Dynamics Navision NAV 365
Continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements.
Communicating with Vendor to resolve billing issues.

Requirements of the Bilingual Mandarin Accounts Payable Specialist position
3+ years Accounts Payable experience
Bilingual English/ Mandarin speaking required, written preferred
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel
At least 1 year of ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics Navision NAV
10-key by touch.
MS Navision Dynamics 365 experiences is a preferred for sales, purchasing, accounting, reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective Vendor Relations.
Detail oriented with good analysis and investigating abilities.
Good planning and organization skills including time management.
Professional attitude in a teamwork environment.
