Job Summary of the Brand Marketing Manager position
Integr8staff seeks a skilled Brand Marketing Manager for a Korean consumer packaged goods brand. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Responsibilities of the Brand Marketing Manager position
Execute comprehensive brand strategies to meet business objectives and drive cpg market penetration.
Lead brand marketing teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, traditional advertising, and experiential marketing.
Support development of brand digital ecosystem strategy, covering the website, email marketing, and third-party e-commerce.
Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations for optimization against channel objectives.
Lead marketing activations with consumer insights and to be designed to drive desired behavior change and action, with ongoing optimization by audience and channel.
Oversee marketing campaign performance and initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Understand Nielsen or IRI POS data, be able to pull and interpret the data, and use the data to support each campaign
Partner with PR and social media teams to develop and implement the PR and social media strategy, meet set KPIs, and lead key initiatives together.
Manage brand budgets to maximize ROI.
Lead consumer research projects (both qualitative and quantitative), sharing results with cross-functional teams.
Support all agency relationships, including prioritization of agency resources, SOW development, and agency evaluations.
Develop company-wide tradeshow booth concept, messaging, etc.
Requirements of the Brand Marketing Manager position
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years of experience in brand management within well-established consumer packaged goods companies (CPG), with a proven track record of success.
Korean/ English speaking preferred with understanding of the Korean customer base
Expertise in consumer behavior, market dynamics, and brand positioning strategies.
Advanced project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis market research, and performance metrics.
