Job Summary of the Bilingual Mandarin Accounts Payable Specialist position
Integr8staff seeks a motivated and skilled Mandarin speaking Accounts Payable Specialist to join a well-established organization. The ideal candidate will have constant communication with factories and vendors in China related to accounting matters.

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Mandarin Accounts Payable Specialist position
Organize such items as invoices, vouchers, expense reports, check requests, with correct GL codes conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the financial system MS Dynamics Navision NAV 365.

Handles all vendor correspondence via phone or email.
Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices.
Assists with monthly status reports, and monthly closings.
Reconciles various accounts by identifying errors in posting or omissions by applying appropriate accounting standards.
Process remittance information from checks, drafts and wire transfers for invoices provided by vendors, reviewing instructions accompanying items to determine proper disposition and crediting accounts in accordance with standard procedures.
Receives, researches, and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons.
Files, maintains, and distributes accounting documents, records, and reports.
Assisting current AP to various tasks assigned.

Requirements of the Bilingual Mandarin Accounts Payable Specialist position

3+ years Accounts Payable experience
Bilingual English/ Mandarin speaking required
Proficiency in English, MS Office
At least 1 year of ERP system, MS Nav
10-key by touch.
MS Navision Dynamics 365 experiences is a preferred for sales, purchasing, accounting, reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective Vendor Relations.
Detail oriented with good analysis and investigating abilities.
Good planning and organization skills including time management.
Professional attitude in a teamwork environment.
