Job Summary of the Administrative Assistant position
Integr8staff seeks a motivated and progressive Administrative Assistant to the Human Resources Manager for a globally-recognized, manufacturer of outdoor power equipment. Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant position
Provide direct administrative support to the Human Resources

Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Maintain and update records Manager.
Recordkeeping, filing, and data entry.
Become thoroughly familiar with various department personnel and procedures in order to advise and assist management appropriately
Responding and resolving general human resources questions including new hire data, change requests, data issue resolution, HR system navigation questions, etc.
Follow up with requestors to ensure proper resolution is completed.
Able to quickly learn human resources systems, process, and related platforms.

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant position
1+ years of working knowledge of HR, familiar with HR policies and procedures.

Ability to build effective relationships, communicate (oral and written), and collaborate with HR colleagues and all levels of the organization.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Office (word & excel), typing and other basic computer equipment skills.
Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
Bilingual in another language is a plus
