Job Summary of the of the Social Strategist position
Integrs8taff seeks a dynamic Social Strategist for an award-winning nationally recognized advertising agency. He/ she should be a highly collaborative individual who is immersed in the social channels you plan and create for, helping inspire your teams as a leader and colleague. You should be comfortable looking at data, analyzing performance and then working with content creators to optimize the work. This individual will work side by side with creative teams as well as present recommendations to clients and effortlessly speak to insights.
This position can sit in either Newport Beach, California or New York, New York.
Responsibilities of the Social Strategist position
Serves as social media strategic lead for multiple clients across numerous verticals.
Keenly understand paid/organic media, audience targeting, ad formats and campaign objectives as key inputs for guiding and shaping social strategy.
Identify new opportunities for social content rooted in purposeful strategic direction.
Develops long and short-term actionable social media client strategies, pivoting to incorporate new information and learnings.
Manage client owned social communities as required including post scheduling, social listening, and reporting.
An avid subject matter expert who can assist in educating clients and internal teams on social trends, tools, and case studies.
Delivers on the following day-to-day social media & campaign deliverables:
Brainstorming for social content development.
Briefing & collaborating with content creators to develop social content.
Creating and managing content calendars with the help of team members.
Crafting and reviewing performance reports, creative analytics, competitive tracking, and final campaign analysis with the help of team members.
Presenting strategic set ups to clients, supporting as the team shares creative content.
Requirements of the Social Strategist position
2+ years Social Media Strategy experience
Multicultural audience experience.
Knowledge of social best practices, relevant case studies and emerging formats/channels.
Willingness to experiment in social media on behalf of our clients.
Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Takes initiative; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
