Job Summary of the Chargeback Resolution Analyst
The Chargeback Analyst is responsible for researching, resolving, and analyzing chargebacks. The responsibilities include but are not limited to developing, building, and maintaining strong internal and external partnerships, resolving existing chargebacks as well as preventing future chargebacks.

Responsibilities of the Chargeback Resolution Analyst
Understand EDI process and order flow.
Investigate and resolve all types of customer deductions related to Fill Rate, On Time, ASN, Transportation, Receiving, etc. gathering information with complete documentation to determine root cause and dispute all customer deductions in a timely manner.
Navigate, explore, and extract data from various customer portals and company database.
Communicate with internal teams to validate chargebacks/deductions.
Identify inefficiencies and find solutions.
Utilize customer websites to submit disputes.
Ensure that policies and procedures are implemented, well-documented and followed, following up on new requirements for EDI accounts.
Analyze and communicate customer compliance requirements for all new and existing customers related to possible chargebacks to Management and designated departments.
Evaluate internal operational and procedural compliance. Work with Operations, Sales, IT, and other departments to improve current processes in order to eliminate/reduce compliance issues.
Respond to incoming Accounts Receivable customer related requests and inquiries pertaining to chargebacks.
Maintain daily chargeback report.
Month-end Reporting on status of chargebacks to Management.
Requirements of the Chargeback Resolution Analyst
High School Diploma or GED is required.
A College degree is preferred.
3+ years of chargeback experience within the Consumer Product Industry
Advanced Windows based software skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Experience with CRM systems, EDI, Power BI.
Experience with SQL is a plus.
Experience working a high volume, ability to work under pressure with a high sense of urgency.
Excellent communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to prepare and deliver information to team members as well as management.
Strong computer skills, including the ability to master new systems and to enter data quickly and accurately.
