Job Summary of the of the Human Resources Manager position
Integr8staff seeks an experienced and Human Resources (HR) Manager to support the company’s multiple business units and support a workforce experiencing tremendous growth. The HR Manager will lead the company's operations on issues which affect the workforce and employer/employee relations.


Responsibilities of the of the Human Resources Manager position
Plans, leads and coordinates all human resources initiatives; recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations of an organization.

Advises and coaches managers on HR policies and programs including employee relations issues.
Acts as a liaison to management and provides counseling to employees on a variety of employee related issues.
Manages daily departmental operations, business planning and budget development of HR programs.
Builds strong working relationships with upper management, providing advice, guidance and coaching as needed.
Ensures policies, procedures and HR programs are consistently aligned with organizational goals.
 Oversees policies and procedures are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.
Develops strategies to address workforce development, employee retention and change management.
Continually conducts studies of all HR policies, programs and practices and keeps management informed of new developments.
Develops personnel resources and advises on performance management and feedback systems to ensure maximum operational performance.
Provides resources and advice regarding recruitment and hiring strategies and techniques.

Requirements of the of the Human Resources Manager position
Bachelor's degree preferred.

At least 7 years of related professional experience with supervisory experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required
In-depth knowledge of HR processes, practices and procedures. 
Advanced knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
Experienced in operational, procedural, policy, strategic improvement.
Ability to produce technical documentation such as HR compliance reports, metrics etc.
Supply Chain or Warehouse Distribution experience preferred.
