Job Summary of the of the Social Media Community Manager/ Copywriter position
Integr8staff seeks a result-driven Social Media Community Manager with Bilingual Copywriting chops. This candidate will write and publish intriguing and engaging captions throughout all social media platforms in English and Spanish. He/she understands how to be witty, without being offensive, to be edgy, while being PC, and is emotionally intelligent. Ultimately, you will help reach the target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online information about the company and products for our client, a fast-growing award winning digital, mid-sized, bicoastal agency


Responsibilities of the Social Media Community Manager/ Copywriter position
Serves as community manager/copywriter for multiple clients across distinct verticals.

Source, curate and schedule content, while listening and engaging with the communities you oversee.
Track analytics/performance, checking in on the health of the social media and other digital channels and manage reporting, working with media counterparts to review paid campaigns.
Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
Proactively interact with communities across social media, finding the important conversations for the brand to engage with.
Develop templates for responding based on common responses/questions from within the communities you manage.
Surface insights as you engage with your communities to help drive new work.
Identify social opportunities to bring larger social media campaigns to life.
Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
Identify customers’ content and creative needs and make recommendations accordingly.

Be a subject matter expert who can assist in educating clients and internal teams on social trends, tools, and case studies.

Requirements of the Social Media Community Manager/ Copywriter position
3+ years Community Manager/Content Creation and Copywriting experience.

Multicultural audience experience, bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
Must be able to produce a portfolio with related copywriting and social content creation in English and Spanish.
Knowledge of social best practices, relevant case studies and emerging formats/channels.
Skilled in social media platforms; Twitter, Instagram, Facebook. Paid media a plus.
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Canva, etc.)
Ability to achieve performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Takes initiative; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills, able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Advanced communication skills (verbal, written, electronic) and excellent presentation skills.
