Job Summary of the of the Human Resources Business Partner position
Integr8staff seeks a skilled and experienced (HR) Human Resources Business Partner for a lifestyle brand and consumer packaged goods company near Van Nuys. Responsibilities of the Human Resources Business Partner position
Partner and support functional leaders within assigned client group and global HR counterparts to implement talent development programs.

Support workforce, compensation and succession planning, performance management process, learning and development, and organizational development.
Execute a full range of HR programs from high-level strategy to problem-solving.
Guide leadership to make recommendations and implement appropriate solutions.
Employee Relations: Advise leaders and managers on people-related matters; work with them to solve performance and employee relations issues.
Recognize employees for their contributions to the company’s success. Manage engagement surveys, plan events.
Administer elements of the overall performance management process
Participate in conduction lunch and learn training sessions.
Own the employee on-boarding and off-boarding experience to ensure delivery of a stellar experience at both ends of the employee life cycle.
Culture & Engagement: Assess, recommend, and develop programs designed to enhance employee morale and productivity.
Work with the team in developing communications related to HR activities.

Requirements of the Human Resources Business Partner position
7+ years of experience as strategic HR Business Partner and BA/BS required

HR Certification preferred; PIHRA, PHR, etc.
Strong HR and business acumen able to diagnose and analyze problems and deliver solutions.
Possess updated knowledge of Federal and State laws applicable to wages, hours, working conditions, safety, labor relations, etc.
Detail oriented and ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision
Data-oriented decision-maker
Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
Excellent project management skills and experience with a drive for results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working proficiency of HRIS systems and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
