Job Summary of the Receptionist/Accounting Assistant position
Integr8staff seeks a motivated, reliable and customer service focused Receptionist Accounting Assistant to join a highly regarded, established manufacturing company near South El Monte, CA.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist/Accounting Assistant position

Conducts and maintains a professional appearance
Checks voicemails in the morning and distribute messages to the appropriate people
Answers, screens, and directs phone calls on a multi-line phone system
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person/telephone by answering or referring inquiries
Oversees workspace by ensuring the operational upkeep of the office
Pick up and sort mail, publications, and other correspondence
Receives and distribute various communications received (calls, fax, mail, packages, etc.)
Provides administrative support and data entry utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
Scan invoices and electronically file, file hard copies
Assist in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and customer service support

Assists with daily billing invoice and check matching, proof of deliver requests, invoicing
Helps to resolve customer A/R collections calls when needed

Requirements of the Receptionist/Accounting Assistant position
High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of customer service and order entry, basic accounting experience a plus
Competent computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, multi-tasking, skills
Must be diligent, strong work ethic with an attention to detail and accuracy
Must be able to comprehend and communicate clearly
