Job Summary for the Senior Brand Strategist role
Integr8staff is looking for a multi-dimensional Senior Brand Strategist to lead ideation of fully-integrated multicultural consumer targeted advertising campaigns including planning, research and performance optimization to uncover fresh and innovative insights, business opportunities, brand direction and executable marketing ideas.
 
Responsibilities for the Senior Brand Strategist role
Responsible for building and deepening a holistic view of clients’ business and target audiences Develop primary, secondary research, data analysis and applying those insights
Develop and maintain client-valued relationships along with account leadership team
Transform and deliver data and research into meaningful insights, stories and brand strategies
Craft in-depth audience profiles for key segments along with ethnographic qualitative and quantitative marketing research.
Craft meaningful, relevant and durable marketing strategies and positioning platforms that drive competitive advantage
Develop streamlined brand architectures and naming strategies
Author inspiring creative briefs that and rooted in inspiring action and translate insights into creative direction
Work closely with creatives to develop “the big idea,” bridging client needs with consumer insights
Foster quality and deliverable consistency over time and across projects
Partners with creative, media, research, and account management peers to develop effective ideas at all points of customer journey
Collaborate with media teams to guide media targeting and budget allocations and research and analytics-based plans to measure media and brand impact
Persuasive and engaging presenter and brand storyteller that can inspire teams internally and externally
Build KPIs to measure campaign performance; customer behavior / brand impact, and ROI
Proactively identify new research and strategic planning opportunities and unique approaches for clients and the agency as a whole
Evaluate new and current vendors and new approaches to ensure our research is cutting edge
Experience in multicultural marketing and/or telecommunications a plus

Requirements for the Senior Brand Strategist role
7+ years of experience in marketing and advertising brand strategy
Expertise with research, analysis, cultural and consumer trends, interpreting qualitative and quantitative research.
Ad Agency or marketing experience is required
Multicultural consumer market insight and strategy experience required
Experience working with global brands on national and regional campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
Experiential segment marketing or outbound channel marketing is a plus
Management and mentoring experience to develop growing analysis team
Superior oral, written, presentation and communication skills
