Job Summary of the Brand Manager position
Integr8staff seeks a skilled and proven Brand Manager with video gaming experience. The Senior Global Brand Manager will lead and nurture brand relationships and ensure that the agency is providing the kind of consistent proactive thinking and added value that contributes to an effective client relationship that result in growth to the individual and the company.
Responsibilities of the Brand Manager position
Oversee current and future corporate intellectual property gaming titles and those of its subsidiary title publishers.
Report to the Account Director/s to develop strategic solutions for bringing products to market plans and projects.
Be the SME to lead the agency teams in understanding, synthesizing, and utilizing the information.
Provide high level guidance throughout the execution of each project, ensuring timely, effective and within budget deliverables.
Demonstrate critical thinking and thought leadership on a consistent and ongoing basis through participation in meetings, calls, and other client interactions.
Lead brand/ title strategy, market research, audience segmentations and go-to-market plans.
Integrate and execute plans with local internal teams as well as global teams.
Forecast and estimate Agency resources for a specific project.
Manage programs and work with staff to build campaigns that resonate with global audiences
Work with all teams including creatives, communications, PR, Developers and Publishing
Champion new marketing initiatives on behalf of the brands and titles.

Requirements of the Brand Manager position
5 -7+ years of experience in marketing, delivering campaigns to audiences in North America and European Union.
Skilled in crafting campaigns for gaming and entertainment audiences across all forms of media
Proven skills with all forms of marketing from retail to channel to influencer marketing a plus
Experience with working on mobile titles, PC franchises and console video games a plus
Provide high-level feedback and collaboration with in-house strategists, creatives, and external agencies/partners
Able to partner with 3rd party partners to gather insights, research and able to interpret that research into tangible and executable action plans
Skilled at measuring performance both for paid and organic media types
Demonstrated abilities in working with social teams to help measure results and sediment
Proven ability to work on multiple products at once.
Must have worked on global campaigns both digital and out-of-home (OOH) and over-the-top (OTT)
Skilled working with common marketing analytics platforms or tools
Collaboratively worked directly with product owners and game developers
Working knowledge of business objectives and business frameworks (finance and budgeting, operations, project management)
