Job Summary of the Order Processing Clerk position

Responsibilities of the Order Processing Clerk position
Process orders, ASN, invoice via EDI, e-mail and internal importing processes.
Process shipping labels through FedEx, and UPS WorldShip
Process replacements/ updated orders, address/shipping method changes.
Provide customers with status of tracking details in a timely manner
Maintain accurate information relating to current and anticipated needs of the department
Communicate with Inventory communication and product availability
Generate order fulfillment reports for management review
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Requirements of the Order Processing Clerk position
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree preferred
1 year of EDI order processing experience
EDI Software experience MAS90, Mas500 or Sage
Team player able to work well across business operations
Strong in Excel (VLOOKUP/pivot table, functions/formulas, etc),
Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word, Outlook.
Excellent time management skills
Willingness and ability to be flexible and adapt to changing job requirements
Bilingual - English/Mandarin is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
