Job Summary of the Senior Brand Strategist position
Integr8staff seeks a Senior Brand Strategist preferably with multicultural advertising experience to lead the creative direction and strategic campaign development and process within the agency and with clients. The objective to create a consistent message across integrated channels that provide a high value-add to the client's brand and product and sell through strategic visions and programs to clients.
The Senior Brand Strategist exhibits a collaborative style and open communication in owning and delivering client work while leading a small team of account planners. In addition to coming up with the 'next' big idea, you will help in producing them as well. You will serve as a direct contact working closely with Directors on individual client business and brands.
Responsibilities of the Senior Brand Strategist position
Work cross functionally within agency team-leading definition around strategy deliverable scope and requirements.
Proactively communicate with client and actively collaborating with team leads to identify appropriate digital solutions and ensure successful execution.
Perform secondary research on industry trends, reports, consumer trends to uncover insights that can guide audience segmentation and improve solution/ campaign performance.
Lead qualitative research efforts in concert with the development of target profiles, screeners, discussion guides, and/or survey panel questionnaires.
Oversee the strategy of all client campaigns and projects, providing the creative team direction to ensure the marketing and creative work is on-strategy and on-brand.
Produce qualitative research expertise and or ethnography.
Be a strong communicator, able to clearly pitch and articulate your strategies confidently to staff and client.
Develop hypotheses and methods to test and apply to a wide variety of marketing challenges.
Requirements of the Senior Brand Strategist position
7+ years of agency experience required
Multicultural advertising and marketing experience required
Entertainment, services category experience preferred
Have a strong interest in cultures, pop culture and consumer trends.
Skilled at gathering, analyzing and interpreting qualitative and quantities research data and results.
Able to synthesize information from various sources and extract key concepts and messages.
Experience leading brand platform definition and identity development engagements,
Highly creative and resourceful with first rate conceptual, visual and writing skills.
