Job Title – Data Entry Clerk
Location – Downtown Los Angeles
Work Schedule – (M-F) 6am to 3pm
Pay - $16.00-18.00/hr. DOE
Job Summary of the Data Entry Clerk position
Integr8staff has a position open for a Data Entry Clerk to help with back office support with a large regional distribution company near downtown Los Angeles. Must be dependable to work an early shift listed above. This is a promising opportunity with an established company offering plenty of room for growth.
Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk position
Provide administrative and backoffice support.
Receive, input and process orders with speed and accuracy.
Detail oriented in inputting product information, availability, description into inventory software.
Enter data into multiple systems including generic spread sheets and Quick Books.
Schedule pick-ups and deliveries with vendors.
Requirements of the Data Entry Clerk position
High School Diploma preferred
Strong data entry with at least 55 WPM, 95% accuracy.
QuickBooks software experience strongly desired
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience strongly preferred
Speed and the ability to multitask is critical
Strong communication with a collaborative, team-player personality A MUST.
