Job Summary of the Ecommerce Specialist position
Integr8staff seeks a career-minded and resourceful Ecommerce Specialist to assist the online marketing department and staff in managing  online marketplaces websites, traffic, advertising and social media improvement efforts.
Responsibilities of the Ecommerce Specialist position
Coordinate in product listings, daily order processing, customer supports via online marketplace messaging system.
Support online marketplace platforms specifically Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace and more.
Ensure pricing, promotions, content, listing designs, campaigns, and policies are up to date on all digital sales channels.
Assist the Ecommerce Director in various projects on ecommerce websites and marketplaces to ensure the projects are initiated and completed on time.
Assist in marketplace websites’ SEO project to monitoring the used keywords’ Search Engine Result Page (SERP) and competitors’ SEO and paid campaign report.
Support in digital marketing campaign planning and media calendar management, including campaign analysis, paid advertising (PPC) and sales planning.
Assist in content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Track ecommerce websites’ and marketplaces’ performance metrics and seek suggestion if improvement is needed.
Gather ecommerce channel’s data to create and maintain various ecommerce reports.
Manage Amazon FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled By Merchant) stock by other channels to maintain account in good standing.
Troubleshoots and analyze website issues and drives resolution.
Requirements of the Ecommerce Specialist position
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital, Ecommerce or related field
1+ year of digital marketing project coordination; planning, scheduling, launching campaigns.
2+ years in Ecommerce websites management and daily operations
1+ year experience of online account management
Proven knowledge with Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon), FBM (Fulfilled By Merchant), Walmart Marketplace and other marketplaces a plus.
Strong skills with campaign development, online research and reporting.
Bilingual (English and Chinese) preferred.
Analysis, problem-solving, and creative thinking.
Basic understanding of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Must be able to function to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
