Job Summary of the Ecommerce Specialist position
Integr8staff seeks a career-minded and resourceful Ecommerce Specialist to assist the online marketing department and staff in managing  online marketplaces websites, traffic, advertising and social media improvement efforts.
 
Responsibilities of the Ecommerce Specialist position
Manage Amazon Vendor Central experience in Amazon Vendor operations, reporting, and campaign planning/management
Assist or temporary assign to assist other e-commerce websites and marketplaces.
Ensure pricing, content, listing designs, campaigns, and policies are up to date on the assigned digital sales channels.
Initiate and manage SEO projects on the assigned and/or assisted channels. Researching, reporting, and monitoring the trendy and used keywords in search engine result page (SERP) on e-commerce website, marketplaces, competitors’ SEO and paid campaign report.
Plan and implement annually/quarterly/monthly digital marketing campaigns on the assigned channels, including but not limited to campaign calendar, campaign creations & revisions, analysis, sales planning, budget & spending management and returns (ACOS).
Work and coordinate cross team in product listings, daily order processing, customer supports via marketplace messaging system.
Track e-commerce websites’ and marketplaces’ performance metrics, provide or seek suggestions if improvement is needed.
Gather e-commerce channel’s data to create and maintain various e-commerce reports.
Involve in inventory tracking internally (Amazon FBM, Shopify, etc.) and externally (Amazon FBA, Amazon Vendor Sell-able inventory and POs, and other channels etc.) 
Troubleshoot and analyze e-commerce issues and drives resolution.
Assist Management in various improvement projects on e-commerce websites and marketplaces issues to ensure completed on time and under the allocated budget.
 
Requirements of the Ecommerce Specialist position
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital, Ecommerce or related field
2+ years in Ecommerce website management and daily operations.
1+ years in e-commerce and digital marketing project management and coordination - planning, scheduling, coordination, launching, reporting, evaluation, etc.
2+ years’ experience working with Amazon (especially Vendor Central, Seller Central) and either Shopify or Magento and other marketplaces a plus.
1+ years experience creating, maintaining, and training SOP.
