Job Summary of the Supply Chain Account Manager position
Integr8staff seeks a dynamic client services, problem-solving Supply Chain Account Manager with supply chain management experience.
Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Account Manager position
Monthly analyze, update model stock inventory levels for for reorder of all domestic items.
Process weekly analyses of domestic warehouse requirements
Initiate inventory releases to required suppliers and factory locations.
Issue, releases PO’s to factories as necessary to achieve inventory and service goals.
Daily analysis of domestic inventory to discern oversold items.
Utilize weekly container status reports to establish a priority for container deliveries.
Work closely with suppliers to identify and resolve issues.
Maintain and update inventory information to reflect current delivery schedules and ETA’s. Ensure inventory release synchronization with supplier schedules.
Generate weekly reports: Domestic Inventory by location, OTW inventory, Overseas Inventory, Master Inventory Report.
Update and generate monthly reporting: Inventory Charts by location, OTW inventory chart, Service Metrics for different retailers and product lines.
Other reports to be generated include SKU productivity report by collection and category.
Generate monthly Open Customer Order report.
Work with Shipping Team, warehouse staffs and credit team to expedite shipments.
Process outside supplier purchase orders and shipping advises.
Analyze data and generate reports upon request of management team
Requirements of the Supply Chain Account Manager position
At least 2 years of supply chain support with B2B customers
A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
MS Dynamics Navision ERP system experience preferred
Experience working with different eCommerce, web-based vendor portals
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required, written is a plus
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Experience working with customer service, sales, oversees suppliers, credit and marketing team
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving techniques
