  • Support, assist and backup our Recruiter throughout the day or while they are out of the office, creating a seamless experience for candidates
  • Effectively prioritize the open positions 
  • Review applicant's resumes to identify the proper experience and skill level required
  • Thoroughly vet candidates and conduct interviews via phone and video conference methods.
  • Ability to deeply probe and be a great judge of character to ensure the candidate is a strong match technically and culturally.
  • Update candidate profiles on internal applicant tracking system
  • Manage the recruiting life cycle with a sense of urgency to ensure great talent is not lost
  • Provide timely and accurate administrative assistance to the team if necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
  • Strive for continuous improvement and rapid career advancement
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Some experience in recruiting, or in a metrics-driven environment, strongly preferred
  • Obsessed with creating great experiences for all applicants
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve success
  • Incredible work ethic
  • Strong motivation and self sufficient
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
