Job Summary of the Bookkeeper position
Integr8staff seeks a senior-level Bookkeeper for a highly regarded, award-winning, national accounting firm.
 
Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper position
Lead accounting tasks for portfolio of assets, debt financing, collections and budget management
Processing invoices from vendors including reconciling purchasing orders.
Reconciliations, postings for data entry, calculation accuracy, and proper financial coding.
Debiting, crediting, and reconciling accounts on Excel and databases
Ensure accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles.
Daily record-keeping, organization and filing of documents.
Lead accurate research and analysis on assigned tasks.
Originate reports and presentations when required.
Administration tasks; screen calls, greet visitors as needed
 
Requirements of the Bookkeeper position
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related preferred.
5 plus years of related experience in residential and commercial real estate bookkeeping.
Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, general ledger, bank reconciliations.
Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
Experienced in Yardi and QuickBooks.
Working knowledge of MS Office (primarily Outlook, Word, and especially Excel)
Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Working hours are 3 days out of the week.
