Job Summary of the HRIS Analyst

Responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst position
Manage daily HR systems improvement and provide reporting and analytics support.
Manage Workday system and business system process configurations and data maintenance, and content management.
Work with stakeholders to understand needs, provide best technical practice guidance.
Execute major projects like employee enrollment and annual performance reviews.
Support Workday implementation projects, including creating scripts, testing, data validation
Providing user support, instruction to HR system users.
Provide expertise to HR team members and external business units
Ensuring data integrity and quality assurance
Initiating and implementing process improvements
Requirements of the HRIS Analyst position
3+ years of HRIS systems specifically Workday experience
Strong knowledge of HCM system features and functionality;
Experience with Talent and Performance process implementation preferred.
Strong experience with Workday configurations: process, rules, security, report writing.
Federal and state employment laws and regulations knowledge preferred;
Skilled in understanding project flow to ensure consistency and timeliness of execution;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
Ability to confidently present findings and reports to stakeholders and executives.
