Job Summary of the Account Director position
Integr8staff is looking for a dynamic and strategic Account Director for an award-winning, integrated and forward-thinking advertising agency near Culver City, CA. The role of the Account Director is to lead and grow the relationship between ad agency and their client in the healthcare industry.  
 
Responsibilities of the Account Director position
Manage agency resources and talent to deliver all impactful marketing strategies.
Develop and provide expertise on the brand and category.
Be the SME and lead the agency teams in understanding, synthesizing, and utilizing the information.
Demonstrate critical thinking and thought leadership on a consistent and ongoing basis through participation in meetings, calls, and other client interactions. 
Provide strategic planning and direction on assignments, working with strategic planning to develop plans, recommendations, briefs, and obtain consumer insights.
Work with other agency functions to develop multi-channel, multidisciplinary plans, POV’s and recommendations, as required to keep the Agency top of mind to clients.
Assists the Strategy Team in briefing creative and connection teams on major new initiatives.
Should focus on client business needs and campaign impact presently and in the future.
Conceptualize and articulate agency perspective on recommended adverting and marketing solutions
Champion new marketing initiatives on behalf of the brand.
Contribute to innovative ideas in support of clients marketing goals and strategy.
Ability to create polished presentations in PowerPoint showing data in visually compelling way 
Experience with all agency offerings; account service, creative, production, media planning, etc.
Help to present work and recommendations to the client and secure client approvals.
Responsible for account P&L and ensures profitability through pricing and scope management.
Develop, present, and negotiate annual agency fees and budgets.
Establish and clarify expected outcomes for assignments and the client relationship in general.
 
Requirements of the Account Director position
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field
Minimum 6 plus years of advertising agency experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish – a MUST
Healthcare Cause or Regulated industry or client experience
Proven leadership and team management ability
Exceptional presentation skills required
