Job Summary of the Drayage Customer Service Representative position
Integr8staff seeks a highly organized and experienced Drayage Logistics Customer Service Representative with a proven background in communicating with clients and logistics team in ensuring deliveries are made promptly and with a high level of satisfaction. Must have experience handling a high volume of calls
Responsibilities of the Drayage Customer Service Representative position
Must have Drayage LTL, FTL and shipping operation procedures and arrangements experience
Coordinate with various parties to arrange international freight
Being knowledgeable with various destination import / export regulations
Assist customers in a timely, urgent and professional manner over telephone and email
Reach out to customers via telephone for shipment status updates
Track customer shipments, confirm freight release status, verify customs clearance, cargo availability
Requirements of the Drayage Customer Service Representative position
2+ years of drayage trucking, logistics port routing experience
Must be a problem solver who can do whatever it takes to get the job done
High level of data input, data entry, and typing fast and efficient
Must have proven first-hand experience in port trucking
Must be able to handle high volume of calls
Must have Excel experience
Strong degree of phone customer communication and email experience.
