Responsibilities of the Account Supervisor
Identifies opportunities, in and out of scope, and ensures that solutions provided are on strategy and meet agency’s standards and client expectations.
Leverages multicultural insights, trends and emerging technologies to help develop engaging brand communications.
Leads campaign efforts and remains knowledgeable about the status of projects to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Provides leadership for other account team members in organization, discipline and rigor.
Serves as liaison between client, production team and creative group to drive the
highest quality delivery.
Assists in the development & production of advertising campaigns from inception of
plans, presentations, creative briefs, agency POVs and proposals.
Presents work and articulates agency recommendations to the client and secures client approval.
Reviews and proofreads all layouts, copy and mechanicals before client presentations to
ensure objectives are being met.
Support all pre-launch and post-launch media trafficking responsibilities and inquires.
Work with production on any changes/updates to budgets.
Work with accounting to reconcile job progress and billing.
Requirements of the Account Supervisor
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising or Marketing preferred.
5+ years communications experience in a marketing or ad agency
Project management experience, good organizational skills and demonstrated
success within a collaborative team environment.
Working knowledge of the web, G Suite, MS Office, and presentation tools.
Ability to mentor junior team mates and manage their productivity for the most
effective results are a must.
Able to communicate clearly, confidently and accurately, oral & written.
Experience in diverse, multicultural segments required
Expertise in the multicultural advertising strongly preferred.
