Job Title – Logistics Coordinator
Location – Near Santa Fe Springs, CA
Onsite, Temporary 4 weeks
Pay - $15-16.00 per hour
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Job Summary of the Logistics Coordinator position
Integr8staff seeks a seasoned Logistics Coordinator with a growing 3rd Party logistics company for a temporary assignment that has the potential to become long-term opportunity.
Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator position
First point of contact with customers providing prompt, courteous and efficient customer service.
Process all customer orders in accordance to customer specifications.
Plan out and coordinator weekly loads with logistics carriers
Receive and processes all order releases, including systems update and customer notification.
Assure proper invoicing of accounts through customer activity reports.
Generate shipping and tracking information to customers as required.
Maintain positive customer relationship by resolving all inquiries and complaints
Provide customer with request regarding invoices, bill of lading and other document.
Requirements of the Logistics Coordinator position
Minimum of 1-2 year working within the 3rd
party logistics/supply chain industry
Retail routing experience required
Able to manage multiple accounts, daily communication with customers and billing.
Must be comfortable using Microsoft Excel
Inventory related experience
Strong Customer Service background including
Good communication skills, able to speak, read, write & understand English
Strong attention to details, organized & computer literate
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking
