Job Summary of the Marketing Supervisor position
Integr8staff seeks a seasoned Marketing Supervisor with account services, media management experience. The Marketing Supervisor will dig into the agency’s business to unearth new avenues for success and growth; including driving an outbound new business pipeline.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Supervisor position
Manage the agency’s day-to-day new business initiatives, including an inbound and outbound pipeline and packaging RFI/RFP submissions.

Drive an outbound new business pipeline to marketing and selling the agency
Manage marketing for the collective; including managing external PR resources.
Work with internal stakeholders and teams through effective communication, problem solving and facilitating projects.
Manage new business pitches; including overseeing pitch teams, forging strong prospect relationships and being able to package the agency.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of key industries and client/brand’s businesses – key issues, competitive, industry trends and be able to use the knowledge to develop business opportunities.
Work collaboratively and cohesively with internal account, planning, social and creative teams and cross functional agencies.
Manage the work and performance of team members (e.g., account executive) to have them successfully deliver their goals.
Ability to successfully sell the agency vision both written and verbally.
Ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met; communicating and seeking

Requirements of the Marketing Supervisor position
7+ years of ad agency, creative shop experience.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Strong core competency in successfully leading internal teams, developing strong external relationships and being able to execute a wide range of innovative idea solutions.
Ability to effectively communicate and sell the agency’s vision to a range of internal and external teams, prospects and the industry trade.
No fear of juggling multiple projects at any given time and being able to easily switch gears and adapt to an ever-changing workload.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Flexible and able to solve problems. Resilient and positive in difficult situations.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with communications and strategic planning to inform client marketing strategies.
