Job Summary of the Photography / Videographer Content Creator position
Integr8staff seeks an experienced Photographer/ Videographer for Social Media Content creation. The ideal candidate is a hybrid creative with strong skills in photography and videography, capable of handling lighting, shooting, editing, and post-production for both mediums. You should be comfortable working in both lifestyle environments (on location or in studio) and studio cover setups with clean white backgrounds. You’ll collaborate with our marketing and design teams to produce high-quality content that aligns with brand standards and enhances customer engagement.
Responsibilities of the Photography / Videographer Content Creator position
Photography:
Plan, light, and photograph products and lifestyle scenes for eCommerce, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Execute cove photography on white seamless and maintain color accuracy across products.
Perform retouching, color correction, and image optimization for web and print.
Maintain consistent brand look and feel across all images.
Organize and archive photo assets within our digital asset management system.
Videography:
Plan and execute video shoots, including lighting setup, camera operation, and direction of talent or product scenes.
Edit videos for social media, product pages, and digital ads, ensuring proper pacing, sound, and storytelling.
Perform color correction, sound balancing, and light motion graphic animation (text callouts, logo animations, transitions, etc.).
Adapt and repurpose content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative direction with brand messaging and campaign goals.
General / Collaborative:
Work cross-functionally with designers, marketers, and product managers to meet creative briefs.
Manage projects from concept to final delivery, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Stay current with trends in visual content, lighting, and editing techniques to keep our brand visually competitive.
Maintain studio equipment, ensuring readiness for both photo and video production.
Requirements of the Photography / Videographer Content Creator position
3–5 years of professional experience in both photography and videography.
Strong knowledge of lighting techniques for product and lifestyle environments.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Experience with color correction and retouching workflows.
Working knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless camera systems (Sony, Canon, etc.) and related lenses, grip, and lighting gear.
Strong understanding of composition, exposure, and visual storytelling.
Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with basic 2D motion graphics and text animations in After Effects.
Familiarity with product photography for eCommerce and fitness or lifestyle brands.
Basic audio recording and cleanup experience (mic setup, sound syncing).
Experience optimizing content for web and social media platforms.
