Location – Remote
Full Time | Direct Hire, Non-Exempt
Pay - $28.00/hr ($60k)
Job Summary of the Payroll Associate 
Integr8staff is looking for a skilled and ambitious Senior Payroll Associate. The Senior Payroll Associate is responsible for the timely processing of weekly, bi-weekly and off cycle payrolls which includes updating data, time and labor, commissions, bonuses and off-cycle manual checks.
Responsibilities of the Payroll Associate
Complete a wide range of payroll tasks, planning or leading tasks and staff with daily efforts
Process weekly, bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls for multiple subsidiaries or field offices.
Updates data and processes time and labor, commissions, bonuses and off-cycle manual checks
Issues and records adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases
Monitor Tickets regularly to ensure service level agreements and high subsidiary satisfaction are met.
Ensure the timely resolution of subsidiary issues including handling subsidiary escalations, perform and document Root Cause Analysis and recommend remedial procedures to close identified gaps
Organize and prioritize daily workload
Assist in the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Attend regularly scheduled meetings
Share information and provide assistance to payroll administrators relating to policies/procedures as well as payroll processing whenever needed
Assist with reports necessary for use by the subsidiaries
Requirements of the Payroll Associate
HS diploma / GED required; Associates degree or higher preferred
10+ years’ relevant payroll experience
5+ years of full service multistate payroll experience is required
American Payroll Association FPC or CPP designation preferred
Ceridian Dayforce experience is preferred
Unions payroll knowledge is strongly desired
Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred
Experience in a shared service center environment preferred
Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local tax withholding requirements and garnishment procedures required
Strong written and verbal communications as well as customer service and analytical skills
Able to work independently as well as within a team environment
Experience in a shared service center environment is desired
Strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Must be organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion when handling employee pay information
