Integr8staff seeks a Shipping Coordinator who will assists operations manager in preparing orders for delivery to successfully transfer goods.
Accepting, reviewing and processing sales team orders.
Coordinates new/assigned deliveries with company drivers.
Accurately document movement of merchandise.
Maintains product records when relocating products.
Appropriately communicating special pick-ups and other requests.
Generating effective routes for scheduled orders
Maintain drivers informed of changes on deliveries.
Tracking drivers delivery statuses via GPS system
Communicate/Address product inventory counts.
Daily inventory counts & performs audits
Works closely with warehouse team to minimize delays.
Provide back up support to administrative department.
2-3 years of Logistics/Shipping and office experience.
QuickBooks/Acctivate Software a plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Possess attention to detail and be service-oriented.
Must have great time management skills.
