Job Summary of the Logistics Coordinator position
Integr8staff seeks an Logistics Coordinator in North Las Vegas, NV for a Supply Chain/ 3PL company.
Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator position
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely communication and customer satisfaction.
Assist in onboarding new clients, entering inventory/product details into Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and databases.
Work closely with the Customer Service Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Warehouse Leads to manage customer orders, production schedules, and shipments.
Prepare and manage essential shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), invoices, and activity reports.
Coordinate freight logistics, obtain shipping quotes, schedule deliveries, and provide tracking updates to clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order details, discrepancies, and service requests.
Regularly review and update inventory, order status, and billable activities.
Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, processing billing, and compiling customer and market data.
Collaborate with internal teams, including warehouse staff and account managers, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and address any operational concerns.
Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Perform additional duties as needed to support operations and customer service initiatives.
Requirements of the Logistics Coordinator position
4+ years’ experience in customer service within the logistics, supply chain industries.
Background in logistics, third-party logistics (3PL), supply chain, warehousing, or freight.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Google Docs, and Chrome.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar supply chain software.
Strong data entry, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with shipping processes, including parcel carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and shipping documentation, Ship Station, Shipping Easy, or Stamps.com
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and staff.
Strong attention to detail, math, and counting skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Ability to lift and carry packages up to 20 lbs.
Familiarity with Amazon FBA, FBM, Seller Central, or vendor management.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
