Job Summary of the Social Media Strategist position
Integr8staff seeks a versatile Social Media Strategist with community management and social analytics experience for a highly-regarded and continually growing health, lifestyle ecommerce brand.


Responsibilities of the Social Media Strategist position
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the company’s brand presence and engagement with their target audiences.

Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit.
Closely monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and industry news.
Plan and execute thorough social media campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development, to develop and implement social media community engagement strategies that align with the brand values and business objectives.
Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on campaign performance and audience engagement.
Act as the point of contact, for the social community; responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback across various platforms such as social media, forums, and email.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in community management, social media, healthy lifestyle, to continuously enhance our community initiatives and deliver an exceptional experience to our community members.
Use social media management and community management tools to build brand awareness, measure community engagement, and track the success of community initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements of the Social Media Strategist position
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, community manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and their respective audiences.
Experience with tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Mention and more
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box in a standalone yet resourceful role.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with social media platforms, social media management tools, analytics platforms, community management tools, and analytics platforms.
Passion for health, lifestyle brands, retail, self-help and a solid understanding of social listening trends and healthy lifestyles is a plus.
