Job Summary of the Digital Director position
Integr8staff seeks a skilled and dynamic Digital Director to work closely with the GCD on projects and digital and social marketing expectations. You will be required to drive agency website traffic, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, monitor and interpret analytic data, stay within budget, and optimize the digital infrastructure and ecosystem. You will also work closely with the social media team. You will also be responsible for helping to build out the department.
Responsibilities of the Digital Director position
Meet with leadership team to define marketing strategies, expectations, and requirements.
Conducting research through A/B testing to guide the marketing strategy.
Implementing digital advertising campaigns to increase agency awareness, website traffic, and bring unique solutions to business pitches.
Managing timelines, and budgets.
Reviewing and proofreading all digital content such as blogs, social media content, advertisements, and website copy.
Ensuring the efficiency and optimization of the agency's digital ecosystem.
Managing all digital activities including websites, e-commerce, and social media.
Monitoring and interpreting digital analytics.
Good presenter and team player
Generating and presenting digital marketing reports and analyses for feedback.
Keeping abreast of the latest industry and marketing trends and advancements in technology.
Requirements of the Digital Director position
Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, digital media, or similar.
4 years of experience in advertising, digital media, or similar.
Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Mailchimp etc.
Good understanding of e-commerce and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and other key platforms.
Ability to develop a range of creative initiatives while utilizing procedures and processes
Ability to quickly gain in-depth knowledge of firm brand, strategy and standards
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and milestones, and deliver desirable solutions within time frame and budget
Familiarity with all major social media networks including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytic abilities.
