Job Summary of the Legal Technology Training & Adoption Manager
position
Integr8staff seeks a skilled and experienced Legal Technology Training & Adoption Manager to support the firm’s technology and training initiatives. This includes include developing and delivering training programs for all staff; preparing written and electronic training materials; assisting with firm website updates; supporting the evaluation and testing of emerging legal technologies, including AI tools; and keeping the firm current with advancements in legal technology and innovation. The role reports directly to the Director of Administration.
Responsibilities of the Legal Technology Training & Adoption Manager
position
Implements training programs for all attorneys and staff and prepares written and
electronic training materials to supplement classroom instruction.
Conducts all training—instructor-led, virtual, and pre-recorded—in a clear and organized
manner, in a voice that is audible, clear and effectively conveys the information being presented.
Delivers applications training via classroom, e-learning and remote (virtual) platforms.
Schedules and implements training programs that are comprehensive, well-prepared and educationally sound.
Provides support for software application needs and requests
Anticipates and identifies evolving firm technology training needs, collaborates with
managers to design effective programs, and makes thoughtful recommendations
Demonstrates creativity in developing engaging educational experiences, leveraging
multimedia, AI tools, and instructional formats to support diverse learning.
Designs, develops, writes and maintains effective reference materials for training, clearly
written, and in accordance with team documentation standards.
Designs, scripts, storyboards, and develops e-learning modules to demonstrate technology use.
Monitors trends in legal technology, training trends and advancements, including participation in industry organizations.
Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements of the Legal Technology Training & Adoption Manager
position
A firm understanding of software instruction and technical writing is required.
Classroom training experience is required.
Advanced knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook is also required
Bachelor's degree is required
minimum of 3 years’ experience in software training position in a law firm environment in a similarly sized, multi-office legal services organization is required.
Exceptional skills are required in communicating complex technical concepts
Familiar with the litigation efiling process as required by California courts a plus
Ability to present ideas in a clear, business-friendly and user-friendly language.
Exposure to AI-powered legal tools and productivity platforms is highly desirable
