Fully On-site, No Remote (temp to hire)
Pay Range; $17/hr.
Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm (M-F)


Job Summary of the Data Entry Specialist position
Integr8staff seeks a bilingual English/Spanish Data Entry Specialist to enter orders, tracks port-to-warehouse drayage, and coordinates order fulfillment. Located near the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, these professionals resolve shipping discrepancies, ensure 24/7 supply chain communication, and process data.

Responsibilities of the Data Entry Specialist position
accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to inventory, quality, and customer orders
Verify all delivery documentation including PODs and warehouse personnel receipts are uploaded correctly through the designated WMS.
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
Process delivery receipts, bills of lading (BOLs), and maintain accurate data in logistics software.
Support document control by organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files
Maintain accurate records and updates within company warehouse management systems (WMS).

Requirements of the Data Entry Specialist position
High school diploma or equivalent are required
2 years of Prior Data Entry work
Transportation, dispatch, logistics, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and time management skills
Ability to build positive working relationships with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn company systems quickly
Bilingual English/ Spanish is required.
