Job Summary of the Parts & Service Administrator position
Integr8staff seeks a reliable and punctual Parts & Service Administrator with multitasking abilities to service customers in a parts and service counter for a national retailer.
Responsibilities of the Parts & Service Administrator position
Create, edit, and complete repair and sales invoices on the computer.
Greet customers with a welcoming attitude
Answer phones, take phone orders over the phone
Log in tools and parts for repairs
Prepare order fulfillment, shipment.
Assist in inventory check
Oversee front counter and provide support to rest of staff
Learn procedures for creating reports.
Maintain work area in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements of the Parts & Service Administrator position
Proficient in basic computer skills
Knowledge of power tools and applications
Read and understand repair schematics and procedures
Must have strong customer service experience
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot parts inventory accurately.
Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changes in workload requirements.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
