Job Summary of the Project Manager position
Integr8staff seeks a dynamic Project Manager with integrated, digital advertising and/or creative advertising agency experience. The Project Manager will act as a conduit and decision maker to any and all projects and assignments within the agency. He/she will be a problem solver, creates process efficiencies, adheres to and enforces budgets, production timelines between creative teams, account services and strategy teams. Responsibilities of the Project Manager position
Oversee project delivery including hour tracking, performance.
Follow best practices around multi-platform production including traditional, web, social integrated campaigns.
Create and implement detailed timelines using Smartsheets
Lead all resource management of the Creative, Design, Development and Strategy teams
Manage all forms of internal communication from reviews to feedback
Record a concise, bulleted approval via email or Workamajig or Basecamp.
Leading daily and weekly team check-ins to lay out clear next steps and identify potential conflicts
Follow strict review process and guidelines for creative work and in-language services
Lead project estimates based on the scope of work, agreements, resources required, etc.
Reports to leadership and help inform company forecasting and staffing needs
Ensures team goals are aligned with company’s mission and clients’ business
Projects meet or exceed the expected margin set by Client Partnerships team
Meets with teams on a regular basis and monitors all internal coms via Slack, Trello boards
Unearths potential issues and impact on workflows to stakeholders and leadership
Understands brand’s consumer, commercial & cultural contexts
Ensures teams are experts on brands, cultures to provide clear SOW breakdowns and deliverable briefs, onboarding etc.
Understands social and digital ecosystems; how consumers use each platform and how a brand could implement (i.e. different hardware platforms, applications, social channels)
Ensures that all resources adhere to team structure and are communicated to Program Director
Be the source of energy for the team to light a fire and promote sense of urgency
Ask questions, be the force behind the checks and balances
Set goals for yourself and others, beyond numbers, a vision of success.
Exceptional communicate openly and concisely and be attentive to the needs of others.
 
Requirements of the Project Manager position
4+ years of experience in PM or Producer role
Advertising, Creative or Marketing agency experience is a MUST
Expert in integrated, traditional advertising PM (tv, radio, print, out-of-home, and digital) brand and audience messaging
Technically savvy with Workamajig, Smartsheets, Basecamp, Trello, G Suite, Box, etc.
Bilingual preferred
Versed in integrated advertising forms of production
Be solution oriented, exercise your natural problem-solving skills.
