Job Summary of the of the Account Executive position
Integr8staff seeks a collaborative, culturally attuned Activations & Influencer Account Executive to develop and delivers strategic, creative client programs. Additionally, he/she will drive exciting content across all brands, social platforms to influence, inspire, educate and engage your audience for an award-winning, fast-growing integrated ad agency in Southern California. This position can work out of the Southern California or New York offices.


Responsibilities of the PR Account Executive position
Work with team to participate in brainstorms and develop client communication strategies, plans and insightful briefs in support of experiential activations

Help develop fully integrated campaigns including social media and influencer programs
Experience and passion for creating and executing Influencer Marketing programs
Write social media posts, internal/external emails, client communications and other.
Develop & track editorial calendars for Brand Channels and live event coverage
Contribute to the direction of visual brand content based on client objectives (including video and short format content) working with our creative team
Ongoing tracking of industry & brand best practice
Manage and coordinate internal resources (PM’s, Account Managers, Creatives)
Research events, locations, etc. for potential partnerships
RFP vendors for projects and premiums
Manage project budgets while staying in line with hard costs and staff time
Work on large-scale consumer grassroots events; specifically, be the go-to person for on-site logistics (event staffing, media and influencer engagement on-site, run of show);
Work with vendors to secure venues, fabricate booths, create assets and giveaways, etc.
Willingness to support agency team media relations activities
Develop post event recap reports synthesizing success against campaign KPIs for clients
 
Requirements of the PR Account Executive position
3+ years’ experience in a PR agency or in-house PR department, infusing activations and experiential marketing as part of brand storytelling

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations)
Strong proficiency in social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Tumblr, WhatsApp, Snap, TikTok etc.), effective measurement frameworks for social programs
Core competency in activations: successfully working with internal teams, develop strong partner relationships and be able to develop and execute first in class activations
Desire to be a leader, involving others to develop unique programs that drive results
Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to an ever-changing workload
Digitally savvy with fluency with the latest developments in social and new media
Genuine curiosity about how technology and innovation affect how we communicate and evolves social behaviors
Excellent cross-functional leadership, presentation and communication skills
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organized, flexible and able to solve problems
Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
