Job Summary of the Receptionist/ Billing Clerk position
Integr8staff seeks a friendly, inviting and punctual Receptionist with Billing Clerk
responsibilities and strong customer service skills to handle general office work auxiliary tasks for a globally recognized, publicly traded company offering professional development and tremendous upward mobility. This is a hybrid role with added billing and invoicing responsibilities to offset the daily light administrative receptionist work.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist/ Billing Clerk position
Independently completes basic, routine administrative tasks.
Performs a variety of office tasks to ensure administrative support.
Provides receptionist support, answering, screening and transferring calls.
Receives and directs visitors and/or clients.
Responsible for accurately and timely processing of billing, bills of lading.
Create invoices and files related documents
Responds to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assists with maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Requirements of the Receptionist/ Billing Clerk position
0-5 years of relevant experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, which includes, customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Math Skills – Ability to calculate figures amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, etc. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Efficient, well organized, thorough and detail oriented.
Must be punctual and reliable, attendance is very important in this role.
