Job Summary of the Marketing Manager position
Integr8staff seeks a well-rounded Marketing Manager with experience in brand and content development to help improve sales and market share within the b2b and b2c segments for a fast-growing outdoor recreation tools company.
 
Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager position
Ensure that our product and brand messaging and content is consistent across all
channels and platforms
Own product information and marketing; make changes and quickly correct any errors or
inconsistencies on owned websites, e-commerce platforms, and retail partner websites
Manage and catalogue all brand and product content; maintain the company’s Product
Content Table or DAM/PIM System with the most current and best available content at
all times
Work closely with Sales and Marketing departments to ensure all information, documentation, and creative assets are properly distributed and maintained.
Complete content updates through light front-end website development, product upload
sheets, and other partner content management and syndication systems
Work with Sales and Brand/Creative to coordinate the development, logistics, and
distribution of Planograms and POS Displays in partner stores; maintain proper
merchandising and logistics after initial set-up and launch
Own SEO and PPC initiatives on partner websites and e-commerce platforms; work
closely with brand to ensure consistent language, target keywords, and strategy
Audit and update review syndication and distribution through YotPo and BazaarVoice,
and maintain relationships with these vendors
Work with Sales department to finalize and set monthly Promotions and relay details to
all internal team members; work with partners to activate in-channel marketing to support
promotions
Assist with the end-to-end product launch cycle for all brands including but not limited to:
competitive analysis, pricing, identifying audiences and user groups, lead generation,
and launch campaigns
Own the logistics around all trade shows where our brands are present; work with brand,
sales, and operations to ensure smooth attendance, run-of-show, and reporting.
Coordinate high and low funnel tactics to increase conversions and customer loyalty via
all channels; report on ROI and identify new opportunities for growth
Retrieve and analyze sales and marketing data; prepare reports for management team
Perform general administrative duties, research, or other special projects as assigned
 
Requirements of the Marketing Manager position
3+ years of experience in a growing Sales or Marketing role
Ability to move with a startup culture, potentially wearing many hats
Willingness to grow in and build the role with experience and collaboration
Highly organized self-starter and detail oriented
Quick learner and critical thinker
Experience using various CRM, Analytics, and Marketing platforms
Previous experience in outdoor recreation and/or technical products a plus
Web development, content management, e-commerce experience a plus
