Job Summary of the Human Resources Administrator position
Integr8staff seeks an ambitious and highly-skilled Human Resource Administrator to perform various daily tasks required including employee relations, compliance and system integrity, respond to standard policy questions and concerns, onboarding, recruiting and basic enrollment related questions. Responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrator position
Responsible for handling basic HR matters and activities to support assigned field offices.
Supports colleagues and management team with onboarding termination and recruiting activities
Acts as a Liaison between the Corporate support center and field offices.
Guides employees appropriately when HR related questions or concerns arise
Provides employee information and documents in response to requests by upper management.
Provide direct support to internal employees, and management as part of a centralized initiative.
Processes new hires, terminations, job transfers, job changes, compensation, etc.
Employs Ceridian Dayforce system and support HR Business Partners as needed
Works with the corporate support center to ensure completion of assigned cases in ServiceNow
Partners with internal teams and field offices to execute human resource policies and procedures.
Initiates pre-employment background and drug screening for new hires and follows up as needed
Performs necessary research and work cross functionally to resolve HR related issues
Maintains utmost confidentiality of all requests
Provides Dayforce training and I-9 verification for new hires to support HRBP and field offices
Support and participate in the employee exit process as needed
Make recommendations to HR Operations Manager and HRBP for continuous improvement · Facilitate annual benefit enrollment communications to employees as requested
Assist with responses to requests for records (e.g., subpoenas, Internal/External Audit, etc.)
Requirements of the Human Resources Administrator position
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
1 to 2 years’ experience in an HR related role required
Call center and remote offsite work experience preferred
Bilingual speaking English/Spanish preferred
Working with Unions and multi-state offices experience a plus
Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills essential
Ability to identify when requests or HR related matters require escalation to resolve timely
Experience in a manufacturing environment with a blue-collar employee population
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
Technical and computer savvy, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Works with a sense of urgency handling tasks with the ability to multi-task
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism and positive attitude
Ceridian Dayforce experience is a plus
Up to 25% travel may be required (Post COVID-19)
