Job Summary of the Logistics Shipping Coordinator
Integr8staff is looking for a forward-thinking and diligent Logistics Shipping Coordinator to own the order management process from order allocation to delivery for a fast-growing nationally recognized sporting goods manufacturer and distributor. Job Description of the Logistics Shipping Coordinator
The Shipping Coordinator will report to the Shipping Manager and will be responsible for all stores purchase orders, which require the use of the internet for routing and knowledge of Microsoft Excel for the preparation of weekly spreadsheets.
Job Duties of the Logistics Shipping Coordinator
Retrieve purchase orders via online and Performance EDI posting through Microsoft NAV system.
Responsible in reviewing the inventory availability upon receipt of the weekly replenishment orders
Process different types of shipments (LTL, FTL, and individual drop shipments)
Coordinate with both the account managers and the warehouse team to arrange shipment/order flow on both ecommerce orders and weekly bulk replenishment orders
Prepare spreadsheets for all PO’s when necessary
Process labels using different portals to create ASN labels and generate UCC -128 shipping labels.
Route PO’s through different designated portals and web sites including Retail Link.
Key orders manually or process integrated orders in NAV (Microsoft driven)
Reconcile orders through the internet.
Process Advance Ship Notices (ASN)
Invoice through SPS Commerce and EDI or other portals
Other Duties of the Logistics Shipping Coordinator
Assist shipping manager and shipping assistant with their workflow as needed, which may include filing, processing shipping documents (invoices, bills of lading, labels, etc.).
Qualifications of the Logistics Shipping Coordinator
2+ years experiences and strong technical background in handing shipment routing, EDI, ASN and INVOICE processing.
Knowledge in handling Amazon.com BULK and Ecommerce orders utilizing both Seller and Vendor central.
Proficiency in computers and software such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Microsoft Navision is strongly preferred.
Sense of urgency as Amazon.com does require the priority attention to details
Excellent knowledge of working with UPS and FedEx to process third party blank/drop shipments
Assertiveness and ability to multi-task, prioritize works, overcome obstacles and obtain results
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Work effectively in a fast paced, high volume, team environment
Must have strong date entry; 60+ WPM with above 95% accuracy.
