Job Summary of the Ecommerce Manager position
Integr8staff seeks a career-minded and resourceful Ecommerce Manager to lead Ecommerce department and staff in managing ecommerce websites, marketplaces, and social media platforms.
Responsibilities of the Ecommerce Manager position
Provide leadership and training to the (5) ecommerce team members, managing daily plan to ensure assigned tasks are done in a timely fashion
Manage marketplaces and ecommerce websites with advanced, hands-on experience working on Amazon Vendor and Seller is a must
Manage and oversee digital marketing campaign planning and media calendar management, included but not limited to campaign tracking, analysis, budget spending, sales conversion (ACOS) via advertising medium such as AMG, AMS, Google Ad, etc.
Oversee product listings, daily order processing, customer supports via marketplace messaging system and data analytics & reporting
Responsible for the on-going product merchandising, digital marketing, analysis and technology improvements to support e-commerce goals and objectives
Ensure platform and site content meets brand objectives, customers' expectations, ecommerce best practices, and search engine optimization (SEO)
Drive online revenue by optimizing site experience, increasing conversion & average order value (AOV), and enhancing on-site personalization
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to positively impact KPI using site analytic
Analyze industry market trends, products, and pricing that may impact sales efforts.
Ensure forecast accuracy, manage and maintain budgets and ensure sales targets are met
Requirements of the Ecommerce Manager position
Bachelor’s Degree in business, data sciences, or related field
8+ years of ecommerce required, prior experience leading merchandising team required
8+ years working with data analysis and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Heap, Adobe Analytics)
8+ years with online marketplaces, with advanced experience on Amazon Vendor and Seller
Digital marketing project management and coordination experience - planning, scheduling, coordination, launching, reporting, evaluation, etc.
Advanced experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, and other marketplaces.
Hand-on experience with Shopify a plus.
Computer skills, including a basic understanding of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point.
Experience with Google Ad, Google Analytics, Email marketing tool, affiliate preferred.
Bilingual English/ Mandarin preferred.
