Offsite – Remote position (Must be in office 2 times per month)
Full Time, Temporary 6+ months

Job Summary of the Human Resources Assistant position
Integr8staff seeks a Human Resources Assistant to assist in the administration of the human resources department through various administrative procedures and activities in. Additionally, the Human Resources Assistant will assist in the maintenance of personnel files, records, databases, data entry, audit, scanning of documents and filing. We are seeking qualified candidates that are available to start immediately.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Assistant position
Assist in the maintenance of the organization’s personnel records daily; file employment records.
Ensure file system is accurate, up to date, well organized, and accessible; include filing documents, scanning, and creating and transferring files.
Work with personnel from other divisions to identify employees required to complete compliance training courses.
Consolidate and validate the employee information in preparation for enrolling employees in the online compliance training course. 
Set-up new employees as users in the learning management system.
Administer and coordinate quarterly and biennial compliance training launches with third party vendor
Enrolling employees in training, setting up training reviewing course configuration.
Support and assist employees with online access questions and issues
Monitor training completion status and communicate with local management to ensure employees complete their required training.
Maintain master compliance training user and history spreadsheet.
Manage the company’s Code of Conduct Acknowledgment and Disclosure forms process by tracking, collecting, uploading of all employees’ forms.
Assist with compliance-related activities such as posting job openings on appropriate state and other third-party websites;
Track applicants for the corporate on Excel spreadsheet; assist with the collection, sorting and filing of applicant flow documents
Assist in the preparation of documents and reports as needed.
Requirements of the Human Resources Assistant position
High School Diploma/GED required
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
2+ years’ experience in an administrative or customer service position required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel required
Ability to communication effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization
Able to work well independently and as part of a team
Excellent analytical skills and detail oriented
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Must be able to exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
