Responsibilities of the Business Development Recruiter role
Leverage your business development and/or technical background to identify, develop and grow your own client base by marketing company's staffing services for direct hire, contract and contract-to-hire staffing solutions.
Make prospecting telephone calls, schedule in-person meetings with decision makers, managers and senior-level executives to promote our company's services to prospective clients.
Build client relationships to drive and generate business opportunities.
Aim to solidify our company's presence in the local marketplace by consistently participating in networking events and public relation functions.
Present qualified candidates based on candidate's qualifications and relevancy to the open position.
Contact hiring managers to determine candidate’s viability to support and resolve specific client needs.
Plan to attain weekly business generating goals.
Qualifications of the Business Development Recruiter role
1-2 years experience in recruiting.
Self-confidence, perseverance, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
Bachelor’s/Associate’s Degree preferred.
A strong desire to succeed.
