Job Summary of the Receptionist position
Integr8staff seeks a dependable Receptionist with preferred escrow experience for a highly-regarded and continually growing escrow firm in Tustin, CA.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist position
As a receptionist, you will serve as the welcoming face of our organization, providing a positive and professional first impression for visitors and callers. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing incoming calls, and ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities. Additionally, you will assist with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, handling deliveries, and other tasks as required.


Requirements of the Receptionist position
1+ years of directly relevant Receptionist work experience

Strong computer experience (MS Office Suite etc.)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Exceptional time management skills
